Hi, I'm Sue Field, the award winning wedding cake designer at Finesse Cakes, which is based in Hockley, Essex. My cakes are all personally designed, baked and hand-crafted on a bespoke basis and are made to the very highest standards of both finish and taste. I offer a wide range of delicious flavours and I cater for all styles of wedding cake from elegantly iced designs with beautifully crafted icing flowers to informal naked and semi-naked butter iced cakes with sumptuous fruits and fresh flowers. With over 15 years experience in baking and decorating cakes, I'm able to offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise from the moment we start planning your cake, right through to the point when I personally delivery and set up your dream cake on your special day.
