About Us
Hello and welcome to our wedding website. We're getting married on Saturday 9th May 2015 in Donegal and can't wait to see you there. We thought we'd share some words of advice here ahead of the big day:

I recommend you pack three things when you come to Ireland. Firstly an appetite for potatoes, obviously. Secondly is an expectation that it will rain. It rains in Ireland. A lot. And in all directions. So the third thing to bring with you is an umbrella. Of course we're hoping for clement weather but I've never been to Ireland and it hasn't chucked it down, so this is sage advice. They make Irish wedding dresses waterproof you know.
I'll leave the rest of your packing to yourself, frankly I've got bigger fish to fry, but just be mindful of Ryanair and their (admittedly more relaxed these days) policy on unsuitable carry-on luggage.
Of course Ireland is a wonderful place and Donegal particularly beautiful (like the women), so suggest you consider taking in some of the north west coast if you have time.
We're excited you're coming (or might be coming) to our wedding. I personally can't wait to make Laura the newest addition to the Piller family. See you in May for some 'ceol agus craic'!

So before you ask...yes, I have let him have the name for this site. But worry not, I've done pretty much everything else so we're bound to have a good time!
Firstly a huge thanks for just getting this far as I'm guessing it means you're thinking about coming. We both really appreciate that so many of you are travelling a long way to come to our wedding....and we appreciate those coming a short way too!!
If you haven't been before, Donegal is an absolutely incredible place. It has, and always will have, a special place in my heart, so there's nowhere more beautiful I could wish to get married. I just hope it doesn't rain (too much!) so you can take the time to get to know and appreciate my beautiful homeland.
I suppose a couple of words of advice for the English in attendance would be to be mindful of that fact that we love a singsong, particularly after a few pints of the black stuff. So don't worry, we won't be all applying for X Factor next year, it's just what we do! Also we love to stretch out a celebration - we'll be organising a get together the night before and the night after the wedding, so it would be great to join us for the whole wknd if you can! We'll be adding all the required info to the

page.
Looking forward to extending a big Donegal 'Céad Míle Fáilte' to all in May!"
