From: Dublin/The West (Dublin Airport) (driving time 1 hour)
  • Take the M50 south bound (for Naas, Kildare)
  • Come off the M50 at Exit 9 for the N7 -  Limerick/Cork/Waterford
  • Exit the N7 at Junction 11 for the M9 southbound.
  • The road signs will direct you towards Waterford/Carlow/Kilkenny. 
  • Exit at Junction 2 (R448 Kilcullen/Kilmead).  
  • Take a right coming off the ramp at roundabout for the R448 (Castledermot/Athy/Kilmead/Crookstown).
  • After ~1 km take the 3rd left onto the R448 for Castletown/Kilgowan.
  • After ~10 km turn left onto the L8032, signposted for Rathsallagh House.
  • At the next T-junction take the left (~1.5 km), signposted for Rathsallagh.
  • Take the left (~1.5 km) signposted for Rathsallagh House and follow signs for Rathsallagh House.
The entrance will be on your right as you approach. 


From: South Dublin (Dún Laoghaire) (driving time ~1 hour)
  • Take the R113 to the M50
  • Take exit for Tallaght taking the N81 (South) to  Blessington.
  • Go straight through Blessington on the Baltinglass road.
  • Follow this road for ~6 miles to Hollywood Cross.
  • Take a right to Dunlavin. (Toughers Petrol Station, and signs for Wicklow Gap  on the left)
  • Into Dunlavin Village, past the Court House in the centre of the street.
  • Take a right turn out of the village for Rathsallagh.   
 
Entrance to Rathsallagh is 3 miles from village on left.
